Not the most adventurous breakfast but it looked so pretty I snapped it.
I’m enjoying the new Pure Olive spread, which tasted yummy on the toast, with the zesty marmalade.
Sainsbury’s Soft Brown Seeded sliced loaf is also one of my favourites.
The slices are quite minute but they hold together really well, have a springy consistency (almost like real bread – honest) and the seeds give it extra bite.
Ever since our recent holiday in the Lake District I have also had a marmalade fetish and this Duerr’s Seville orange variety is a real treat. I must try not to spread it so thickly – it doesn’t last long!
Ingredients for the marmalade: Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Oranges, Sugar, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate, Sulphur Dioxide. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten free.
All washed down with a large mug of redbush tea. Perfect start to the day!
What’s your favourite freefrom breakfast?

Hi Ruth – my free from brekkie is regularly gluten free granola (I know you can’t have this because of the nut content) not the floury oaty one though, and also a few of the Doves Farm Gluten Free Fibre Flakes.
I also occasionally as a treat have gluten free cornflakes with natural yoghurt, blueberries and a little bit of Sweet Freedom – yum!

My breakfast varies between ‘Doves farm organic chocolate stars’ or asda’s own gluten free loaf (same size as a normally loaf of bread and quite cheap too! and tastes like normal bread!) with white chocolate chocolate spread from asda 🙂
Pate is a cheeky treat at weekends as Asdas cheapy version is GF free
Ive always been really bad at remembering breakfast but since i found out about my wheat intolerance i have to eat loads because im loosing my bloating and excess fat (not complaining though!)
