Welcome to What Allergy, my new blog.
I’ve spent years trying to piece together the signs, understand what’s going on with my body and learn all about allergies and anaphylaxis and it’s been such a hard job.
There is so much information out there but you have to look for it, search and filter out what’s good and what’s misleading.
And I’m learning all the time, so I wanted to share my tips, things I learn and favourite new products with you all.
This can be a lonely life, and you often feel no one understands you. Well I do! I’m here and I know exactly how you feel.
