Gluten free corn flakes and honey flakes
This month, thanks to Nestle, I've been trying out their new gluten free honey flakes for breakfast. They also now make Gluten Free Corn Flakes so if you are coeliac or can't have cereals with wheat, these are a great choice for a healthy breakfast. Brasserie Blanc with allergies – 9.5/10 for service and safety
My favourite freefrom friendly restaurant so far for 2015 has to be Brasserie Blanc. Last year it was The Alford Arms in Frithsden, who won the FreeFrom Eating out Awards 2014.
